How Voltrex AI works

Voltrex AI is an AI business mentor for early-stage founders. It keeps a living file on your business, tells you the one thing that matters now, and follows up on the day you said you would act. This page explains the whole system, end to end.

The mentor has opinions

Most AI tools answer whatever you ask, agree with whatever you say, and forget you by tomorrow. That is pleasant and useless. A mentor is worth paying for when it has judgment: a view of your situation, a position on what to do next, and the spine to tell you when your plan contradicts your own goal.

Voltrex holds one focus at a time. If you show up with five ideas, it will help you pick one and park four. If your numbers say the problem is customers and you want to redesign the logo, it says so. If you change direction, it asks what happens to the thing you committed to last week. That pushback is the product; everything below exists to make it possible.

The Business File is its memory

The mentor is only as good as what it knows, so Voltrex keeps a structured record called the Business File: your goal, your offer, your numbers, the decisions you have made, the commitments you have taken on, and the results that followed. Every conversation reads from it and the important parts of every conversation land back in it.

You can see all of it, correct any fact in it, export the whole thing as one file, or erase it. Nothing you write is used to train AI models. The File is why the mentor never asks you to re-explain your business, and why its advice sharpens instead of resetting every session.

The loop closes without you

Talk is cheap, so the system is built around commitments. When you decide to do something, the mentor books a check-in for the day you said it would be done. The check-in comes to you by email; you answer in one tap or one reply, and the outcome enters your record: done, done differently, or not done, with the reason.

Once a week you get a review of what actually moved: what you committed to, what happened, what the numbers say, and what the coming week should be about. Not a motivational newsletter; your own record, read back to you with an opinion attached.

A week with Voltrex

  • Monday. You open the chat, the mentor knows where you left off, and you set the week's focus: say, ten real sales conversations.
  • Wednesday. A check-in email lands: did the first five outreach messages go out? You answer in one tap. Two minutes, and your record is current.
  • Friday. You paste a reply from a prospect and ask what to make of it. The mentor reads it against your offer and your goal, not in a vacuum.
  • Sunday. The weekly review: what moved, what stalled, what it thinks you should do about it.

The trial, plainly

The trial is 7 days of the full product, no card. After it ends, chat closes but the loop keeps running for a while: booked check-ins still arrive and results still enter your record, so what you started has a chance to finish. If you subscribe, the mentor picks up exactly where you left off. If you do not, the account eventually goes to sleep with your Business File intact and exportable.

Pricing, plainly

One plan: $39 per month, first month $19. The price you subscribe at is locked: if the price ever rises, yours does not, for as long as your subscription stays active. If you are not satisfied, one email within 30 days of any payment and it is refunded, no questions. Full details in the pricing section on the homepage.

What Voltrex is not

It is not a course, not an agency, and not a licensed adviser. It gives no legal, tax or investment advice, and it can be wrong, like any adviser. It will not run your business for you; it makes sure that what you run, you run on purpose.

Fair questions

What is Voltrex AI?

Voltrex AI is an AI business mentor for early-stage founders. It keeps a living file on your business, gives you a straight opinion on what matters now, and follows up on the day you said you would act.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

A general chatbot answers whatever you ask and forgets you between visits. Voltrex holds positions of its own, pushes back when your plan contradicts your goal, remembers every decision and result in your Business File, and comes back to you without being asked. The AI is the engine; the mentor is the system built around it.

What does it cost?

One plan: $39 per month, first month $19. The trial is 7 days with full access and no card. The price you subscribe at stays yours while your subscription is active.

What happens to my data?

Your messages and your Business File are yours. Nothing you write trains any AI model, analytics run without cookies, and you can export everything as one file or erase the account entirely in Settings.

What happens if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. Booked check-ins still land and your results still enter the record for a while, chat closes, and the account eventually sleeps with your Business File intact. Come back and it is all still there.

Does it work for my kind of business?

It is built for early-stage founders: pre-launch, first customers, first revenue. The mentor reasons from your own goal, offer and numbers, so the advice follows your business rather than a template. It is not built for large teams or enterprises.

Can the mentor be wrong?

Yes. It reasons from what you tell it, and like any adviser it can be wrong. It is a tool, not a licensed professional, and decisions stay yours. What it will not do is tell you what you want to hear.
