Who is responsible for your data
Andor Köpe is the data controller. You can reach us at voltrex.ai@gmail.com for anything in this policy.
What we collect, and why
Your account. Your email address, so you can sign in and so we can send you the things you asked for. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
What you tell the mentor. Your messages, the facts you confirm about your business, the commitments you make, and your answers to check-ins. This is the product: Voltrex works because it remembers what you said and what you did. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
What the mentor writes about your business. Summaries, weekly reviews, and the mentor's own recorded positions. These are generated from what you gave it.
Payment records. Your subscription status and payment history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you, and our legal obligation to keep billing records.
Product analytics. Which features get used, counted without cookies and without recording your screen. Events carry an account identifier and nothing you wrote. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the product works.
Technical logs. Errors and request records, kept short, so we can fix what breaks.
We do not buy data about you, we do not sell your data, and we do not use your conversations to train any AI model.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in. Analytics runs without cookies and without persistent identifiers in your browser, which is why this site has no cookie banner.
The bot check on the free demo
The free demo on our home page runs a real AI request that we pay for, so it is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person and not a script is asking. It runs invisibly: there is nothing to click, and it does not use cookies to track you across sites. To make that check, Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser such as your IP address and how the page is being used. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for what they do with it.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of providers, each for one job:

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
What we send to the AI provider
To answer you, the mentor's provider receives your conversation and the relevant parts of your Business File. The provider processes it to generate the reply and does not use it to train models. If you paste something into the chat, or upload an image, it goes to the provider as part of that request.
Images and links you share
Images you send in chat are processed for that reply and are not stored. When the mentor reads a link or a document you gave it, the content is treated as information, never as an instruction, and the mentor cannot write to your Business File on that turn.
How long we keep things
Your Business File and your conversations stay until you delete them or close your account. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Demo conversations from the public homepage are deleted automatically after a short period if no account claims them. Technical logs are kept briefly.
Your rights
- See everything we hold. Settings, Account, exports the whole thing as a file.
- Correct it. Edit the facts in your Business File at any time. Correcting a fact is the same operation the mentor uses, so it takes effect immediately.
- Delete everything. Settings, Account, erases your account and every row attached to it, including your Stripe customer record. This is immediate and cannot be undone.
- Object, restrict, or take your data elsewhere, and complain to a supervisory authority. In Hungary that is the NemzetiAdatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság.

Children
Voltrex AI is for adults running or starting a business. It is not for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we tell you by email before it takes effect.
