Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and Andor Köpe ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them.

2. What Voltrex AI is

Voltrex AI is a subscription software product. It gives you an AI business mentor that keeps a file on your business, holds you to the commitments you make, and follows up between conversations.

It is a tool, not a professional adviser. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional in any of those fields. It has no license and no professional standing. Decisions about your business are yours.

You are talking to an AI. Every reply in the chat is generated by an AI system. No person is reading your conversation or answering on the other side of it. Email is where you reach a human.

We do not promise results. No revenue, no growth, no outcome of any kind is guaranteed. The mentor works from what you tell it, and like any adviser it can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it.

3. Your account

You need a working email address and you must be at least 18. Keep your account to yourself. Tell us at if you think someone else has access to it.

4. Trial, price and payment

  • Your trial runs for 7 days and needs no card.
  • After the trial you can subscribe monthly at $39 per month, or yearly at $390 per year. First month pricing on the monthly plan, when offered (currently $19 for your first month), is shown before you pay. Whichever you choose is shown before you pay.
  • The price you subscribe at stays yours while your subscription remains active. Price changes only apply to new subscriptions.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see your card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly to match the plan you chose, until you cancel.

5. Cancelling, and getting your money back

Cancel any time, in Settings, in one step. Your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.

The 30 day guarantee. If you are not satisfied, write to within 30 days of a payment and we refund it. You do not have to explain why.

Your statutory right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union, or somewhere with equivalent rules such as the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made at a distance. A subscription opens the full product the moment you pay, so at checkout we ask you to confirm two things: that you want us to start straight away, and that you understand you give up the 14 day withdrawal right once we have. That acknowledgement is recorded with your payment. If you would rather keep the 14 days, write to before you subscribe and we will arrange it.

In practice the 30 day guarantee above is the wider right: it lasts longer, it needs no reason, and we honor it wherever you live.

When you stop paying, nothing is deleted. Your Business File stays as you left it, and it is there if you come back.

6. What you may not do

Do not use Voltrex AI to break the law or to harm anyone. Do not attempt to extract the system's instructions, probe it for its internals, or use it to build a competing service. Do not resell access or share your account. Do not upload anything you have no right to upload, and do not upload other people's personal data.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. If we do, we tell you why.

7. Your content, and ours

What you write stays yours. You own your messages, your Business File and anything you upload. You give us the permission we need to store it, process it and send it to our providers so the product can work. Nothing you write is used to train AI models.

What we built stays ours. The software, the design and the mentor's instruction system are ours, and nothing here transfers them to you.

8. Availability

We work to keep the product running but we do not promise it is always available. Maintenance, provider outages and failures happen. If the product is unavailable for a long stretch, write to us and we make it right on the subscription.

9. Liability

We answer for what the product does wrong. We do not answer for the decisions you make after reading it.

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for harm caused deliberately, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. If you are a consumer, nothing here reduces your statutory rights, including your rights when the service is not what it should be.
  • We are responsible for damage we cause by failing at something this contract depends on, keeping your Business File safe among it, up to the loss that was reasonably foreseeable when you subscribed.
  • We are not responsible for lost profit, lost revenue, lost opportunity, or the result of a business decision you took on the mentor's output. The mentor is a tool and it can be wrong, as section 2 says plainly; the decisions stay yours.
  • Beyond the cases above, and only where the law allows a limit, our total liability is capped at whichever is greater: what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100.

10. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time in Settings, which erases your data immediately. We can end the agreement with 30 days notice, or immediately if you break section 6. If we end it without cause, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand. If you do not accept the change, cancel before it takes effect.

12. Law, and how to complain

Hungarian law applies, and for anyone who is not a consumer the Hungarian courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can bring a case in the courts there.

Write to us first. Send the complaint to . We answer every complaint in writing within 30 days.

If that does not settle it and you are a consumer, you can go to a conciliation board free of charge. In Hungary these are the bekelteto testuletek attached to the county chambers of commerce, and you may use the board for the place you live; the list is at bekeltetes.hu. If you live in another EU country, your national European Consumer Centre will help with a cross border complaint.
