“I run a small tool that turns customer support tickets into a weekly summary for SaaS teams. 31 paying customers at $29/month, about $900 MRR. I got there from cold email but replies dropped to almost nothing in the last two months and I am not sure if I should fix onboarding, raise the price, or find a new channel.”
You built a narrow, well defined tool: ticket data into weekly summaries for SaaS teams. You have 31 paying customers, so there is evidence that someone values it. That does not yet tell us why they buy, stay, or leave.
The clearest change you described is cold email replies falling to almost zero. I would investigate that first. Your roughly $900 MRR tells me revenue, but without costs and cash reserves it does not tell me how much time you have to experiment.
Before changing pricing or rebuilding onboarding, compare the last campaign that got replies with the latest one: delivery, audience, offer, and copy. Check whether sends also fell. That separates a smaller campaign from a lower response rate.
Deliverability, list quality, and the message are all possible causes; nothing here distinguishes them yet. What changed between those two campaigns? If customers are also leaving, tell me: that could change which problem deserves attention first.

Isn't this just ChatGPT with a system prompt?
